The team is currently evaluating several North American ports as potential acquisition targets.  Terminals with stable cash flow, opportunity for growth, desirable locations and supported by rail and roads, are prime candidates for acquisition.  A strong track record of adherence to workers’ safety and environmental regulations are prerequisites.
